This meeting celebrated the work of Bob Britton, creator of Rennmax cars. There was a feature event of his cars on Sunday with a strong turnout in competition events and on display.
Of the race categories, Group N Historic Touring Cars had strong numbers and featured in a mini enduro over 20 laps. Unfortunately, it had several safety cars and post-race penalties.
Ford Mustang driver Adam Walton crossed the finish line first, but he was one that was penalised which gave the race to Craig Allan (Mustang) who led up to the mandatory pitstops.
Group S Production Sports were also well represented with Porsche 911 Carrera drivers Wayne Seabrook and Doug Barbour winners in Races 1 and 2 before Brett Smith (Datsun 280Z) also had a win.
Heritage Touring Cars included Groups A & C plus 5.0lt as well as Invited. Chris Stillwell in his ex-DJR Ford Sierra RS500 was first in two of their outings with Brian Henderson (Nissan Bluebird) the other to greet the chequered flag when in front.
HQ Holdens were also part of the line up. Brett Osborn who has been a prolific winner in the category in recent times, added another three race victories to his record.

The competitiveness of Group V Formula Vees showed with three different race winners in Kevan Peters (Rennmax), Matthew Pearce (Rennmax) and Tony Paynter (Stag).
Other categories on the program were Groups Q & R Sports & Racing, and Groups L, M, O & Formula Fords, plus Supersprints and Regularities.
